EYEBROW NANOBLADING

    Meet Nicole Wang! Nicole is a savvy savant whose hand skills are everything you want in an eyebrow professional. I had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows nanobladed by Nicole.  Nanoblading, a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure, uses a tattoo gun and cosmetic tattoo ink to create a natural eyebrow hair stroke. Nano brows can last anywhere from 2 - 3 years. It took me a long time searching for the right cosmetic procedure for enhancing my brows. Ombre and Microblading were enticing but I still wanted something that looked completely natural. Then I stumbled across Nicole from a posted ad for services. I did not know about Nanoblading before reaching out to her. She posted pictures of amazing-looking clients! She had me in her cosmetic chair without hesitations. 

In the initial appointment, Nicole explained the process, created my eyebrow shape and nanobladed my brows. After the initial procedure, I had a touch-up appointment 3 weeks later. Nicole's professionalism coupled with health and safety was very much appreciated. She walked me through the procedures, checking in often with me for my opinion on brow shape and satisfaction. My new nanobrows look stunning and natural. Nicole offered me great service and a comfortable experience. Thank you, Nicole!  

    Afterward, I had the pleasure of interviewing Nicole to talk to her about her professional journey in Nanoblading.

What is your professional background and/or training in your field of service?

“Before I became a cosmetic tattoo artist, I was a registered nurse working in an operating room environment. It was very beneficial as it allowed me to transition and apply my knowledge to cosmetic tattoo procedures.”

What inspired you to take this creative route into beauty/clinical aesthetics?

“Before I became a nurse, I worked as a makeup artist when I was in high school. I enjoy the feeling of making people look and feel good. I noticed the majority of women either do not have time to put on makeup or there was room for improvement for their brows. However, due to the ink and the technique that was available in the past, it did not create a natural look. The pigments and techniques are far more advanced currently which was why I decided to dip my toes in the industry.”

How did you build your confidence to perfect your skills?

“This is a very good question! My confidence was based on volume. Before I started to provide this service, I took several models (about 50 or so) from different backgrounds, skin types and skin tones to perfect my technique. I noticed there were certain flaws in my technique and I had to learn how to make adjustments each time to produce the perfect brow for each client.”
